SURVEYS
Paid surveys: how they really work
A paid survey is market research. A brand or research company wants the opinion of a specific group of people and is willing to pay for it. On Quest Reward, these studies come from our partners: you answer, the partner approves, your points are credited.
Who pays, and why
Research companies and brands need reliable data before launching a product, campaign or service. Instead of stopping people in the street, they buy answers from online panels. That budget exists independently of us: our role is to give you access to these studies and pass on a share of what they pay.
How to complete more surveys
Answer honestly and consistently: panels spot contradictory answers and reject them. Don't rush — quality checks flag careless responses. Fill in your profile when asked: it reduces the number of studies you get screened out of halfway.
Avoid VPNs and virtual environments: research companies block them and cancel the related approvals.
Are paid surveys legit?
Yes, when the site offering them is transparent. Market research is a long-standing, legal industry: companies really do pay for opinions. The risk comes mainly from sites that promise big sums, ask you to pay to start or don't say who runs them. On Quest Reward, signing up is free, the publisher is named in the legal notice and every withdrawal is checked by a person.

Frequently asked questions
Why do surveys sometimes stop before the end?
The first questions check that you match the panel being sought (age, region, habits, equipment). If that profile's quota is already full or you don't match, the survey ends. It's frustrating, but it's how market research works everywhere.
How long does a survey take?
The expected length is shown before you start, usually from a few minutes to around twenty. The reward reflects that length and how specific the target profile is.
How much does a survey pay?
Each study shows its own reward in points before you begin. The conversion is the same everywhere: 1,000 points = €1.
When do the points reach my balance?
As soon as the partner confirms your participation. Depending on the company this is instant or takes a little time, in which case the points show as pending first.
Are my answers anonymous?
We never share your email address with partners: they only receive an internal Quest Reward ID. Answers are used by the research company under its own rules. Details are in our privacy policy.
