Terms of use

1. Purpose of the service

QUEST REWARD is a rewards platform. Registered users can earn points by completing activities and offers from partners, progress through XP, then request the conversion of their points to euros.

2. Account

Registration requires a valid email address and a password. Only one account is allowed per person. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

3. Activities, offers and points

Activities and offers are provided by partners. The exact reward is shown on each offer. Points are credited after the offer is approved by the partner concerned. An offer cancelled or declined by the partner may lead to the corresponding points being removed.

Points have no monetary value until they are the subject of an approved withdrawal.

4. XP, levels and rewards

Activities earn XP that moves the player through 50 levels. Some levels grant rewards (titles, badges or points bonuses at major milestones). Each level reward is granted only once per player. The content of rewards may change.

5. Converting points to euros

Points are converted to euros at the rate currently configured on the platform and shown in the Wallet. This rate may change; the applicable rate is the one shown at the time of the withdrawal request.

6. Withdrawal requests

The minimum withdrawal amount is €20.

Withdrawals are neither instant nor automatic: each request is checked then processed manually by the QUEST REWARD team, within up to 3 business days. QUEST REWARD is a small, growing organisation; this check ensures payments are handled reliably.

The corresponding points are reserved when the request is made. A request may be declined, in particular if payment details are incorrect or fraud is suspected; the points are then credited back, unless fraud is proven. The status of each request can be viewed in the withdrawal history.

Only the withdrawal methods offered in the Wallet at the time of the request are available.

7. Fraud and abuse

The following are prohibited: multiple accounts, using VPNs or tools intended to deceive partners, false information and any attempt to manipulate points or XP. In case of abuse, QUEST REWARD may cancel the points concerned, decline a withdrawal or suspend the account.

8. Liability

QUEST REWARD cannot guarantee the permanent availability of partner offers or of the service, which may be interrupted for maintenance. Offers remain subject to their partners' conditions.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published on this page.
