Data used

• Account: email address and password (stored encrypted, never readable by the team).
• Profile: username and avatar if provided, sign-up date.
• Progress: XP, level and level rewards obtained.
• Points: balance and history of earnings, bonuses and withdrawals.
• Offers: your account ID sent to offer partners, and the information they send back about approved or cancelled offers.
• Withdrawals: chosen payment method, payment details entered (for example PayPal address or IBAN), amount, status and dates.

Purposes

This data is used only to manage your account, credit your points, track your progress, process and check your withdrawal requests, prevent fraud and reply to your messages.

QUEST REWARD does not sell any data.

Recipients

• The QUEST REWARD team, to manage accounts and withdrawals.
• Offer partners (AdGem, Offerwall.gg), who receive your account ID when you open their offers. Their own privacy policies apply on their services.
• Technical providers: AMEN (hosting) and Supabase (database and authentication).
• Google, as an advertising network, to display ads on the site.
• The payment provider for your chosen withdrawal method, solely to make the payment.

Advertising and cookies

The site stores in your browser the session information needed to keep you signed in.

Ads are displayed on the site by Google. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on the site. The DoubleClick DART cookie enables Google to serve ads based on users' previous visits to this site and other websites. Other third-party vendors and ad networks may also use cookies to measure the effectiveness of their ads or personalise the advertising shown to you.

QUEST REWARD does not run targeted advertising of its own.

To measure site traffic (pages viewed, browsing paths), QUEST REWARD uses Google Analytics, a Google service loaded through Google Tag Manager. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects technical browsing data such as IP address, device and browser type and pages visited. These statistics are used only to improve the site. You can refuse these cookies through the cookie banner, your browser settings, or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
